This was a very demanding Design project within the City of Chicago - All New Construction Pre-Cast Building, approx. 30,000 square feet for a Start-Up Contract Beer Brewery and Tasting Room. The design is meant to appear as a very typical Old Warehouse Building that would have been in the location for a hundred years.
